MEET OUR STAFF

PRESIDENT & OWNER BILL GLOCK - Bill opened Family Tire on August 1, 1986. He formally was employed by the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 21 years, his last assignment having been as District Mangager. In addition to his Family Tire duties, Bill is very active in the downtown Schenectady community. He is the former President of the Downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation and participates in a  variety of activities dedicated to the improvement of downtown Schenectady. Bill and his wife Joyce reside in Ballston Lake and have two children, Erin & David.

OFFICE MANAGER ERIN GLOCK - Erin, a graduate of Shenendehowa High School and Plymouth State College, holds a BS degree in social work. Her duties include responsibility for all administrative and operational functions of the company. In addition to her responsibilities at Family Tire, Erin is also employed by First Niagara Bank.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAN RAINER PELISH - Rainer joined the company in August of 2012. His early studies were in the suspension and steering repair field. Since joining Family Tire, Rainer has concentrated his studies on steering, brakes, exhaust and tire pressure monitoring systems. Rainer and his wife Leah resides in Clifton Park, NY.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAN MIKE LITVACK - Mike, originally from Long Island, has been associated with the company for 20 years and is certified by the National Automotive Service Excellence organization as a automotive technican. He is a specialist in engine performance diagnostic troubleshooting and air conditioning diagnostics and repair. Mike and his wife MaryJane live in Saratoga Springs and have two children, Mikey and Justin.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAN PAT CZERNICKI - Pat rejoined the company and brings a experienced backround in brake, steering, exhaust and suspension repair to the organization. Pat resides in Schenectady.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN DAVID JORALEMON - David brings over 15 years experience to the company. Dave's speciality is timing belt replacement, steering and suspension repair..including up to 1 ton vehicles..brakes, exhaust and engine performance diagnostics. Dave and his wife Jessica, along with their children..Anthony, Liam and Lillian..live in Niskayuna
