Family Tire & Auto Care FAQs

Didn’t find your answer? The El Cajon team is happy to help.

Call (619) 441-8888Contact us
What does the out-the-door price include?

The tires at their price per tire, the installation package ($28.04 per tire with the TPMS service kit and tire disposal), the $1.75 California tire fee per tire and sales tax at your store’s rate.

Are the prices and stock real?

Yes. Corporate store prices and stock come from our store system. Franchise locations show network prices and confirm availability; missing tax rates block checkout. Prices are shown for El Cajon until you choose your store.

Can I get my tires installed today?

In-stock tires may be available for a same-day visit. Choose your preferred time; the store must confirm installation capacity and any transfer or order-in timing.

Do you do more than tires?

Yes: wheel alignment, free alignment check, brake service & inspection, shocks & struts, oil change, flat tire repair, tire rotation, battery testing & replacement, fluid exchange services, cooling system service, car a/c service, 30k, 60k & 90k maintenance, engine & cabin air filters, free vehicle inspection, and belts & hoses.

Can I check out online?

Yes. Add your tires, pick an installation time and book. Nothing is charged online: you pay at the store after the work is done.
